DETAILED PROGRAM
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Sugarloaf Mountain, one of the most famous locations in Rio. This peak, which offers a view of the entire city, can be reached by cable car or on foot. The combination of these two ways is the best option, and we will walk about 40 minutes to the second cable car station, and then enjoy the ride for a few more minutes. Due to its unusualness, this locality is included in the UNESCO world cultural heritage.
After this tour, we head to the famous beaches of Rio. First, we will enjoy Praja Vermelja beach, tucked away and one of the locals' favourites, in the city district of Urka. Here we will have time for drinks and lunch, overlooking Botafogo and Flamengo. Then we head to Ipanema - a legendary beach, known for its high energy, waves and the most perfect sunsets.
Return to the hotel and overnight.

2nd day | Sugar Loaf, Urka and Ipanema
Arrival in Rio in the morning, where I welcome you with open arms. I can't wait to show you my hometown!
With an organized transfer, we arrive at the hotel, which is located not far from the ocean, and then we rest from the road in Brazilian style - on Copacabana, the most famous beach in Brazil. Here, on the first day, you will feel the true spirit of my country, with coconut water, top-quality acai, and maybe even some caipirinha.
After a whole day of enjoyment, return to the hotel and overnight.

1st day | Arriving in Rio and enjoying Copacabana
Breakfast and departure to another amazing location not far from Rio - Pedro do Telegrafo Rock. If you've ever wondered how someone could possibly have a photo like this, you'll discover the answer here, and get your own copy as well! In addition, we will enjoy a perfect view, which will take us about 45 minutes of pleasant walking.
On the way back, we will spend the whole afternoon on the wild beach of Prainja. Apart from the fact that few tourists know about it, it is adorned with an incredible environment, which will make you confuse dream with reality.
Return to accommodation. Overnight stay.

4th day | Pedra do Telegrafo and Prainja
After breakfast, we head towards the Corcovado hill, to visit the most famous symbol of Rio de Janeiro - the monument of Christ the Savior, one of the 7 wonders of the new world. We can reach this location by train, or, if the group is in the mood, on foot, through incredible rainforest landscapes.
After enjoying the view from this peak, we descend to the Botanical Garden, with over 6500 species of plants. In addition to rich flora, it is home to numerous birds, including toucans, and wild monkeys. This impressive garden is also known for its perfect setting for photography - the Avenue of Royal Palms.
Free time to enjoy the beaches of Rio. Overnight stay.

3rd day | Corcovado and the Botanical Garden
Breakfast at the accommodation, then departure by car to the neighboring town of São João del Rey - a typical colonial town, with a large number of cathedrals and churches. In addition to a morning walk in its streets, a unique experience is a ride in a carriage, which passes through colorful, natural landscapes, and the whole atmosphere is completed by Brazilian music, along with the sounds of a steam locomotive.
After a couple of hours, we return to Tiradentes and start exploring this charming place. Apart from its historical importance for Brazilians, as it is the birthplace of Joaquim José da Silva Xavier, better known as Tiradentes - the leader of the Brazilian revolution for independence from the Portuguese Empire, this small town is a true little artistic oasis. The houses remained in the original baroque style, built during the Portuguese rule. Tiradendes is one of the many important places in the state of Minas Gerais, which translates to "general mines", indicating how rich this state was, thanks to the gold, silver and other ores found in this area. In addition to the artistic and unusual appearance of this city, it is truly a meeting place for numerous authentic artisans and handicraft makers, and is the perfect place to buy unique Brazilian souvenirs.
What is certain is that we will run into at least a few of my aunts, considering that this is my mother's hometown. Get ready for a lot of smiles and even hugs, judging by how warm and cheerful everyone here is, especially my relatives.

6th day | Research of Tiradentes
After breakfast, we leave for Tiradentes, a historic town, 300 km from Rio. We move away from the sea and, with mountainous landscapes, we arrive in the interior of Brazil, the state of Minas Gerais.
Given that Tiradentes is located at 900m above sea level, the temperature is a few degrees lower, that is, more pleasant. In addition, it is certain that the food of this region will delight you, and in support of this is the fact that here is the largest number of restaurants with the famous Michelin star, in relation to the number of inhabitants, in the whole of Brazil.
Accommodation in a "pousada", an authentic residence, which will make you fully feel the spirit and pleasant atmosphere of this region.

5th day | Arrival in Tiradentes
Getting up with a slight hangover, breakfast and departure to Buzios, our third city and a unique way to get to know Brazil fully. It will take us three hours to drive to this place, after which we will check into the hotel and go on a tour of the incredible beaches.
How special this area is is shown by the fact that it gained popularity with the arrival of Cariocas, who want to escape from the chaos of the big city, and come here on vacation. There are some of the most beautiful places for swimming, but also a lot of romantic buildings and streets. We will visit several of the 23 famous beaches, such as Forno, Ferradura, Žeriba, Brava, Tartaruga, Joao Fernandes. A few hours of enjoyment on the beaches, and then we visit the most beautiful parts of the city together. Buzios experienced its peak of "fame" after the visit of the actress Brigitte Bardot, whose monument is now located in the city center. After her enthusiasm for this small town, numerous celebrities, such as Mick Jagger and Madonna, come to visit it. Walk through the famous Rua das Pedras and free time for the rest of the day.

10th day | Arrival in Buzios
Breakfast at the hotel, then free time throughout the day! Of course, I will always be at your disposal for advice and companionship.
A great way to spend the day is riding a bicycle, which can be easily and cheaply rented at every corner of Rio. Surfing, sunbathing on the beaches, visiting famous restaurants or simply walking and meeting Brazilians, the choice will be yours. It is widely known that Rio is a city full of life and activities for everyone, and this day will be pure enjoyment. And for the perfect ending, since it's Friday, I recommend going to a samba, bossa nova or funky party. There is no one who is not delighted with our party, but also with kashas - brandy in the Brazilian way.

9th day | Free day in Rio
Breakfast at the hotel and another free day in Rio!
On this penultimate day, you will already feel like real locals. You will have your favorite place for lunch, you will know exactly which tropical fruit you want freshly squeezed juice from, and you will not be unfamiliar with the smell of freshly baked baskets. You will visit your favorite beach one more time and thank the street vendor for the iced tea with the word "Vale". It will be a day to remember, in which you will promise yourself that this is not the last time Rio de Janeiro sees you!

12th day | Return to Rio
After breakfast, we set off on a day trip to the so-called Brazilian Caribbean - Arayal do Cabo. The distance from this place is only an hour's drive, so we will be rested for all the beauty that this small town offers.
Brazilians guarantee that you will not see such clear water, such white sand and absolutely perfect nature anywhere in the world. We will stay at the most famous Pontal do Atalaia beach, sunbathe and drink cocktails. And in the early evening hours we return back to Buzios, and we will have time to walk once more through its charming streets.

11th day | Arayal to Cabo
The last awakening with the energy of samba on this trip, breakfast, check-out from the hotel and departure to the airport.
I will see you off with a big smile, knowing that I have been a part of an amazing journey. And then...see you again in the Balkans!
13th day | Departure from Rio
After the last breakfast in Tiradentes of this trip, we return to Rio. Five hours of pleasant driving, accommodation and rest at the hotel, and then after lunch we head to the center itself
Rio de Janeiro.
It is interesting to look at this completely different side of Brazil, where the "center" is not a place of events, manifestations and leisurely walks, as in European cities. Here, the word refers to a commercial center, with huge business blocks, offices and shops. We will visit all the most interesting corners, from the legendary Selaron steps to the famous "Sahara" - the biggest market in Rio. Here you will find the cheapest souvenirs, typical Brazilian symbols, the best quality slippers and the most delicious specialties. From the needle to the locomotive, it's all in one place! One thing is certain - you will not return to the hotel empty-handed.

8th day | Return to Rio and explore the center
Breakfast together, then preparations for a whole day of enjoying the nature of this region.
Tiradentes is located at the foot of the Serra de San José mountain range, rich in many hidden, natural gems. One of them are numerous waterfalls, and our destination will be the Mange waterfall, perfect for swimming, which is reached by an unusual and easy path of about 30 minutes on foot. This place especially shows the real wilderness and the beauty of Brazil, which only the locals enjoy. After a few hours at this site, we return to town for lunch.
